					<description>In the middle of 2 classes:  Reading instruction and Teaching Best Practices and I discovered this site - it's &quot;out of .&quot;  It was music to my ears that we need to infuse our staff development with background music and snacks that tempt the nose, the eyes, the tastes, and touch.
Knowing that learning is emotional and requires an &quot;Energizer Bunny&quot; (cute, pink, ever-ready, but NEVER &quot;in your face&quot; was helpful, as well.  What fun!</description>
